Step by step

    Open Sales tools → Confirm & ship → “To confirm”.

  2. 2

    Press “Send confirmation” → send the message in WhatsApp.

  3. 3

    When the customer answers, press Confirmed. Then add the courier and tracking number and press “Mark shipped”.

  4. 4

    Edit the message text with {name} {store} {number} {total} {items} {link}.
